Micro Biology
Central Lab OP-7
- Central lab in microbiology is receiving clinical samples from outpatient’s department attending the RGGGH.
- The microbiological analysis of various clinical samples are carried out in the Biosafety cabinet.
- The investigations done are:
- Direct microscopic examinations for bacterial and fungal infections
- Bacterial culture and identification
- Antimicrobial susceptibility testing done by both Automated and Conventional methods
- Rapid serological testing for viral diagnosis is done.
