A faculty advisory group for students is a team of teachers and academic staff dedicated to supporting students' academic, personal, and professional development. This group provides guidance on career planning, time management, and other challenges students may face during their education. Faculty advisors also serve as mentors, helping students navigate university/institutional policies and make informed decisions. The advisory group aims to enhance student success, well-being, and engagement within the academic community.

Each student will be assigned a faculty mentor who will provide continuous guidance and support for their professional growth from the day they join the college until the completion of their course. The principles and practices of the mentor-mentee relationship will be introduced through dedicated workshops conducted during scheduled class hours.
