Pursued B.Pharm in Annamalai University and M.Pharm, Ph.D programmes at TN.Dr. M.G.R. Medical University . She has published more than 100 research papers both national and International and presented her research expertise at various national conferences. she produced 30 M.Pharm students and Ph.D student delivered scientific lectures in pharmacy colleges. life member in various association like IPA, IPGA and APTI.

With over 26 years of teaching and research experience, I played a vital role in formulating hand sanitizer for Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have guided 12 M.Pharm projects. I have received an appreciation award from Dean, MMC on 26.1.25 for my active effort in approval process of Pharmacy Council of India at College of Pharmacy, Madras Medical College.
